Tele Sales Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate
team. You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with potential homebuyers, and driving
sales for our real estate projects. With monthly sales targets to achieve, this role is ideal for someone
who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities: – Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases, inquiries, or leads. – Promote our real estate projects by explaining key features, pricing, and location benefits. – Identify client needs and provide suitable property recommendations. – Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into site visits and ultimately, sales. – Schedule and coordinate site visits or virtual property tours for interested clients. – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. – Address customer queries, objections, or concerns in a professional and confident manner. – Keep updated with the latest market trends and project information. – Regularly update the CRM system with client information, feedback, and sales status. – Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

Monthly Targets: – Consistently achieve assigned sales targets for site visits, bookings, and closures. – Actively contribute to the overall sales pipeline for assigned projects.

Requirements: – Experience of Minimum 4 years. – Prior experience in tele sales, real estate sales, or a similar role (real estate experience preferred). – Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to effectively explain project features and benefits to clients. – Result-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills. – Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications. – MBA would be an additional benefit. – Fluency in Spoken English is preferred
